Coast & Country Cottages are a successful holiday lettings agency based in Salcombe and Dartmouth, and let in the region of 350 properties throughout the South Hams here in Devon. The agency has been working with Colour Works for around 10 years now and when the present owners Andrew and Karen Jones bought the business in 2001 they decided to build the relationship further with us whilst at the same time growing their recently acquired business.

As well as expanding their portfolio of properties and opening additional offices, Coast & Country Cottages actively began to market their agency through advertising, sponsorship, editorial pieces and much more.

At Colour Works we worked closely with the agency to help them achieve their goals. Their main property brochure gradually evolved and expanded over the first few years (from around 64 pages in 2001 to over 200 in 2008) before a full redesign and relaunch in 2006; additional supplementary brochures were added to the portfolio.

Colour Works redesigned their logo and all of their business stationery to give Coast & Country Cottages a more modern, fresher look.

We also produce most of their advertising artwork as well as other material as and when required. All of this is done through informal meetings, phone and email communication, and Andrew and Karen know they are welcome to come into the Colour Works studio at any time to discuss future plans and projects.
